When you submit an order through Reedwood Pets, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

Reedwood Pets reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is processed, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been accepted.

Shipping and delivery times displayed by Reedwood Pets are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and carriers, delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Reedwood Pets is not responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. However, if an order appears to be lost, damaged during shipment, delivered incorrectly, or otherwise experiences a significant delivery problem, please contact us at support@reedwoodpets.com so that we can investigate the issue and assist you.

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipments will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Reedwood Pets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and Reedwood Pets.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Reedwood Pets, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased from Reedwood Pets.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from transactions between you and Reedwood Pets.

You represent that:

Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel or modify an order affected by a material pricing, availability, or listing error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, OR OTHER SIMILAR LOSSES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Some jurisdictions limit or prohibit certain liability exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 18 — Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reedwood Pets and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

2. Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person; or

3. Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

Your indemnification obligations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted.
